NCAA COMPLIANCE
*Due to NCAA rules, all WMASS HKY club players must reside within a 50-mile “as the crow flies” radius of the University of Massachusetts or WMASS HKY must be the closest available training opportunity for the athlete should they reside outside the 50-mile radius.

USA FIELD HOCKEY MEMBERSHIP
*For insurance coverage, all WMASS HKY club players must be current USA Field Hockey members.  Make sure to affiliate with “WMASS HKY”. (This does not apply to the Mini Minutes Program)

U12 Membership (ages 11 & under): $25
U19 Membership (ages 12-18): $60

REFUND POLICY
No refunds will be made after the first practice.  Exceptions to this policy (major medical issues, etc) may be requested in writing, but are not guaranteed since planning is done, the coaching staff is hired, and fees go towards running the entire program.

CODE OF CONDUCT
WMASS HKY reserves the right to remove any player from the club at any time for behavior that is unsafe or detrimental to the club as a whole or the experience of it’s members.  We are constructing an actual club code of conduct to outline the expectations we have for our members, families and coaches.
